Default Swaybars and Endlink spacers

I just added my Strano bars last weekend....Money well spen I must say...

But I remember reading someplace that there was an advantage or no advantage to reusing the stock endlink spacers Vs the one that come with Sams kit because they were shorter

Anyone?

Yeah..I have no problems....they're great...but I did notice that the OEM spacers were shorter...just thought one of our handling gurus might know if their is an advantage to using the oem or shortening the ones that came in the kit...

I received my Bars from Strano for some week ago and also noticed the same thing regarding the end spacers, I PMed Sam and received the answer:

No trimming necessary. You can if you wish, but it doesn't matter in the end. I use the same length link as others do, longer than stock because lowered cars that have too short a link can have the bar hit the tie-rod. This is an easy way to avoid that.

Hope this will clear your question.
