Caliper temperature question...
The reason I ask is because of the fact that I have seen a few different temp paints for calipers varrying from 500 to 1200 degrees. I know of people who have painted their calipers and the paint began to peel off.
I don't know if it was due to poor prep or if the heat resistance of the paint had anything to do with it. I can control the prep quality of the job, but I can't control the material quality if I use to low of a temperature resistace coating.
Also, will too high of a temperature rating negatively effect the caliper/pad/rotor/fluid performance?
