Default Blown shock maybe?

Well I installed my DMS springs about 2 months ago and everything has been fine running on my stock shocks. I remember after they settled in there was a good 2 1/2 finger gap between my rear tire and the fender. Today i noticed that now there is a very very tight 2 finger gap on the right rear and a huge 3 finger gap on the left. Did i blow a shock? I notice on a small bump that it is very rough in the back of the car and i can almost hear some sort of a "thump". Other than that i installed a UMI panhard rod a couple of weeks ago so i don't know if that would have anything to do with it...any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

check spring rate on springs they probably are different. 25 #s of rate will make a difference
