Default Need help on Koni install

I bought Koni 4/4 from Sam and have the rears in with stock springs and heater hose mod but the fronts are being a little more tricky. I have the struts out and took them to a shop to take the springs off and I had them install the stock springs on the koni's (lower perch) but in doing so the mounts wont line up. Is it possible to twist them so I can get the bolts in or should I just rent some spring compressors to adjust the top of the strut so everything lines up. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try searching on frrax.com, there's plenty of posts on how-to.

I ran into the same problem myself. I just lined up the shock with the compressor still on them, line them up, and then marked the shock and removed the springs.

9/10 it will work out.
