Default Shock question

now i know you need an alingnment when you put lowering springs on but is it needed if your car is already lowered on stock shocks and you replace the shocks with bilstin?

If you just shocks..nope..

now if you do front STRUTS I would recmoned getting alighment...somtimes you can get away with it however...

If you just change the SHOCKS (yes, all four are shocks), that won't change ride height, so no need for a re-alignment.
