Default Adding safety loop to chassis mount torque arm?

When I ordered my Spohn chasis mount torque arm last year, I didn't have enough $$ to opt for the driveshaft loop. Is there a weld in unit that one can purchase, or someway to add a loop to it so legal? Do any tracks check to make sure you got a loop?
