bleeding brake system I want to bleed out the brake fluid in my car and put in fresh brake fluid. how many times do I have to press the accelerator to relieve pressure? I have never done this yet on a car with abs so I am kind of new to it. any pics?

Re: bleeding brake system When you said "accelerator" you meant brake pedal, didn't you? Pump the pedal four or five times to relieve pressure in the vacuum booster, then begin bleeding. Do right rear, left rear, right front, then left front. Figure on two pints for a complete flush.
