Eibach Advice
God, I feel like i'm drving a rally 4X4. I was spoiled before... I use to have Koni's on my 68 camaro. Anyway, I want to get it lowered quick, and am going with the Eibach Pro Kit, My question is... Will I be okay just replacing the springs, and not the shocks right away?? (Need to save money too so looking for an inexpensive way to lower) Also, is RK Sport the cheapest way to go for purchasing the Pro Kit? Let me know?
Unless one of you guys who are posting that your car dropped too low with the Pro Kit want to sell me yours <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
As far as buying Eibachs, try one of the sponsers of this site like Thunder Racing, thats were I got my Eibachs from. RK Sport is a little on the high side as far as price goes.
I would also change shocks while your at it, The stock shocks will not be able to control those eibachs.
the Ground Control Adjustable set-up
buying a set of springs just won't cut it if you're only into looks... an adjustable ride height kit is exactly what you need

A couple other things to consider since lowering throws things out of align...
Adjustable pan hard rod for the rear.
Lower control arm relocation brackets to get the control arms back to where they should be.
A full front end alignment since the lowering will throw off the camber and you will start wearing the insides of your tires.
While we're at it....get some lower control arms for the back...BMR has good prices for these mods.
I just sold my eibachs and am going with the Ground Control height adjusting system since I put on tubular A-arms in front and now the Eibachs are TOO low!!
You might check e-bay ...search under automotive parts for "Eibachs"...I hear there are good deals there...
Good Luck!!
