Default Koni SA install question

In the attachment, part #48.

Those who have installed Koni's.

Did you use the stock plastic ring or just install the spring into the existing Koni perch? If you did not, do you have any noise issues?

From this site it looks like he did not; doesn't mean it's right or wrong.

yep, use the plastic spring mount, always....

I did use the part for sure. I guess I never thought to mention it. I am really carefull never to remove any vibration or noise suppressing bits in my cars.
