Default BMR LCAs , question

I have BMR Tubular LCAs in the back... and wanted to make sure what I'm experiencing is normal (or if maybe I tightened the bolts too much.. though I followed the instructions at install university)

When I'm driving, every single bump you hear a thump thump... sounds like the rear suspension rises, then the LCAs are pushing the wheels down very rapidly. The car's a bit rougher ride (I took my dad for a ride and he compared it to a small truck on bumpy roads).

Just wanted to see if this is normal... I'm guessing hte LCAs just majorly stiffened up the rear suspension (broke a shock bolt this week, but it's fixed... thanks to 2 scissor jacks and the work parking lot)

ALso I have poly/poly bushings

THanks

I had the same problems.

When you tighten them up, try to tighten them with load on them "car on the ground, maybe back it up on lil' ramps".
It helped. I re-tightened mine a little more than spec as well.
Give it a shot if you haven't already and let me know how it works for you.

You have to have weight on the suspension before you tighten the LCA bolts. If you do it with the wheels hanging you put the suspension in a bind. Make sure you grease then well.

You'll get bind regardless with poly bushings. Grease is just for the squeaks.

I'd go with double checking the LCA bolts.
