When breaking steering wheel is shacking, Help Hey guys, when i breaking on the freeway, i would say from 70+ speeds, or may be even lower speeds, my steering wheel is shacking, someone told me it can be my rotor, or soemthing.
how do i figure what it might be and how do i fix it ?

but don't do what everybody else does(which is go buy new rotors)..
buy a torque wrench and maintain a desired torque setting over all your lug nuts(i do 100ft/lbs).. i bet in a thousand miles or so your problem will be gone
make sure you loosen your lugs before you torque them though.... the problem probably occured because some dork tightened a lug or two down way to tight
i had this same problem around 5k miles and then just started torquing the wheels down myself.. i had the rotors on my car another 20k miles without anymore warping problems
