How does lighter wheels affect driving?

How does lighter wheels affect driving? I REALLY want some Fikse Mags. But the $$$ isn't there right now. But, if they have a positive effect on driving, I might could get myself to get them quicker. So, how would a light wheel like a Fikse drive compared to a heavy wheel (WS6)? Thanks in advance.

Re: How does lighter wheels affect driving? Less rotational mass offers several benefits. Namely, quicker accel/decel. In addition, you have less unsprung weight which translates into better handling.
