Default torque arm problems

I have a spohn adjustable race torque arm, and have been having some problems with it lately, so I went under the car today to have a look at everything. Where the torque arm mounts to the floor pan it is bent to ****. It is so bent that the driveshaft loop is out of alignment and hits my driveshaft. So now I cant drive my car because I cant put the torque arm back on and I dont know what to do. The torque arm itself is perfectly fine but the floor pan is all messed up. So what can I do? please help

why can't you just put the stock torque arm back on?

your situation is common for TA's that mount to the floor pan

Man, I'm sorry to hear about the problems. Do you remember hitting anything? How bad is the floorpan beat up?

Our G2 torque arm is an excellent unit! It's not only strong, but it's 5 lbs. lighter, too. Nineball is running one on his '98 Formula, and he's cut 1.48 60' times with a six-speed. His current ET is 10.69, FWIW. The unit will take a ton of abuse and won't give you any ground clearance problems. Feel free to give me a call if you want to talk about it some more. We keep them in stock.

It is beat up pretty bad. I remember hitting something fairly hard, but that was pretty normal because my car is lowered. But the bolts holes are bent up really good. And I think I need an aftermarket torque arm as I am going to be runnung 10s. Is there another good one that doesnt sacrifice ground clearence and is really strong?
