Bad spring or shock?

Bad spring or shock? About a year ago I ran over something pretty hard (bent wheel, fkdup alignment...). Since then the passenger front has gradually lost some height. Do you think this is due to a shock or spring failing? I have spoken to several tires places and have gotten a variety of responses. Why would you think one over the other?

Re: Bad spring or shock? i doubt that the problem has anything to do with the shock or spring... shocks don't effect ride height and it would be realy tough to damage a coil spring
i'd say that you have a bent A-arm or something like that
i suggest finding a friend that can put it on a level lift at a body shop and take some measurements for you.. check the k-member.. and check the lower A-arm as much as possible
i bent my drivers side lower a-arm about 1/2" and it really screwed up the ride height of the entire car
