Wheel questions
So... ]
Q1: If I got 17 inch wheels, what differences would I notice? In ride? Handling?
Q2: Where can I get a set that looks good and does not cost too much? The ones I've found so far cruising the net are outrageously expensive.
Still, the cheapest you're probably going to get away with is $800-1000 plus tires $400-600 conservatively.
The ride would be mildly stiffer but the handling should increase noticeably.
The ride won't start getting harsh until you start upgrading suspension parts. Even then, the right parts and you'll hardly notice a difference in comfort but night and day in handling.
A2: Have you visited ebay.com? I found some silver WS6 or SS wheels for a reasonable price. At the homepage, click where it says search. Type in "firebird wheels", and bingo bango! You're in business with a set of wheels that are under 700 bucks. I've noticed that they do go fast. So if you can't find them on the first try, visit the site again in the future.

I also have the z-rated stock good years on them. I have 2 tires that are used for 8300 miles and two tires used for 1900 miles ONLY! some haters slashed my tires but since I have road hazard warrant I got two of them replaced! you might even get transferrable road hazard warranty if you buy them from me! email me if you're really serious and ill show you pictures of my wheels and everything . All of them are 17inch wheels from the factory.
the only reason I want to sell them is because im looking for wheels myself.
Unfortunately, there's just not that many choices out there for fbods or vettes. The reasonably priced ones are everywhere and everything else is outrageously expensive.
A1: I do agree with weasel on this one.

They are knock offs. How could I be sure they were safe? That they could be balanced?
