LCA Lube?

LCA Lube? OK so I know to put a squirt or two of grease in the LCA grease fittings, but what to lube the poly the contacts the body with? BMR lists penetrating oil on their page but then doesn't say where to use it, and I've heard others just using grease on this part? I didn't put anything on them, I thought the grease from the fittings would leak out to there, but squeak city, and since I've gotta take my relos off to try and align them better, I'm going to do it then. Any thoughts?
