labor prices I don't have a lift to get under my car, or a place to work on it or the tools to work on it with. Pathetic huh? Can anyone give me approximate install prices for the following: LCA w/ relo brackets, welt in SFCs, PHR, and HAL front shocks and springs, and rear shocks. Thanks in advance.
Anywhere from 250 to 1250. Depends on the state you live in, local labor rates, and whether or not you have a good Fbody performance shop in the area. Most dealers would only do the shocks and springs, an maybe not even those if they are not stock, and especially not if you bring you own parts. They'd also be on the VERY high end.
A small local general garage might do all the work, and at a fairly good price, but you might get what you pay for if they are not experienced with Fbody cras.
Best bet: find a Camaro/Firebird/Corvette performance specialty shop, and get a quote, and some previous customer phone number and check the shop out first.
Modding a car should really be done by a specialist in your type of vehicle. Saving a buck or two, only to get it done wrong, is not only expensive and frustrating, but can be fatal as well.
