New Suspension Setup
I just bought chrome 10 spoke ss wheels with bfg g force tires for my Z. I also bought SLP Bilsteins and Hotchkis springs. Ive got a few questions.
1. About how many miles can i get from these tires with normal use.
2. Does anyone else have this setup? how well does it handle? Thanks

Re: New Suspension Setup
First. Define "Normal Use". I would expect that your grandmother could get 25,000 miles or so (maybe even 35-40,000) out of those tires. Myself, I'd expect to replace them about 10-15000 miles, 20,000 may be pushing it (but I run an "aggressive" alignment and like to have some fun with it).
You will see a decent increase in handling, but you may need more rebound damping than those shocks provide for really aggressive driving (autocross or track time). For 95% of the people I know, you will have the best handling car they have ever ridden in, I'd recommend subframe connectors and a strut tower brace to help out with the stiffer suspension parts (stiff springs and shocks will try to twist or flex the body more). I think you'll be quite happy over all. Enjoy your newfound grip. Good luck.
