BMR poly lca bushings

I need to replace my poly bushings on my 01 Camaro BMR LCA's. What size bushings go back there?

Might I suggest contacting BMR?

They've got phone numbers and are more qualified than a majority of us.

Yeah, I gave them a call, but they're closed for the day... plus, I never post here and figured it was about time!

What's your rate? I was a AMS3 when I got out in 97.
