Please Please Please Help Basically Im Trying To Adjust My Pinion Angle On My 9 Inch With A Umi Adjustable Torque Arm.im Measuring -6 On My Driveshaft(im To The Left Of 0,is This Right)and On My Rearend Im Measuring -8(again To The Left Of Zero)well I Was Told That You Minus The Rearend From The Driveshaft.so -8-(-6)=-2 Correct Or No? Also The Pumpkin Of The Rearend Is Pointed Upward Making A Upward ^.is All This Right Please Help???????
Left of zero on the DS is -6* is correct(negative DS angle if pointing down). Rear pinion is +8* if reading is to the left of zero(positive PA= pinion pointing up).
+8 -(-6)= +2* PA
If you were to adjust Pinion back down -2*, you'd be at 0* PA.
You need to adjust the pinion back down 4* to get a -2* PA

Well I Re Checked My Measurment And My Pinion Angle Is 6 And My Driveshaft Angle Is -8 So With That Said Do I Take 6-(-8)=pinion Angle,which In This Case Would Be -2 Or 14 Right.i Also Heard That You Take The Ds-pa To Get Pinion Angle.THE REAR IS STILL POINTED UP THO.BUT WHERE THE DRIVESHAFT MEET THE HOUSING IT DOES MAKE A SMALL V
