2. if yes, then what specifications do I use
Thanks in advance for the help,

2. For just a street car, it's been recommended to me to get negative 0.8-1.0* camber, 4.5* caster, and 0 toe. These numbers should be equal side-to-side. If you're a perfectionist, disconnect an endlink to remove preload and sit in the drivers seat while the alignment is performed.
In general:
The goal for camber is to achieve a small amount of dynamic negative camber while cornering, ideally set via tire temps. For highway driving, any amount of camber over -1 degree will cause rapid wear to the inside of the tire. More camber will also cause a slight reduction in straightline stability.
Add'l positive castor increases the self-centering effect, which improves straightline stability and driver feel. Less castor reduces tire scrub while cornering, but reduces stability & feel.
Toe-in improves straightline stability while toe-out will help steer a car into a turn by reducing corner entry understeer slightly. Toe-out causes a car to wander in a straight line, and is not recommended for street driving. You can use tire temps to set this as well.
