I am getting ready to get a new set of springs for my SS but am having a little trouble. When I first bought my car I was told the car had an Eibach pro kit already on it. The car is noticabley lower than a stock SS. But my buddy (racehead) also has a pro kit on his WS6. When you compare the 2 cars his is in the weeds compared to mine. That left us both a little confused. I called eibach to get a part number for the 98+ pro kit springs. The guy there gave me 3870.001. When I talked to Racehead he said that his number was 3870.140. But he also said that when he ordered them, that they were an updated version. I also remember not to long ago reading a post in here that said there was a shipment of sportlines that went out that were mis marked as the pro kit. Can anyone shed a little light on this for me so I can make sure that I get the correct springs.

THe pro-kit is A black spring and the sportlines are red springs. I think you may have a different spring rate.
