You will probally need to install LCA relocating brackets, and an adj. panhard bar. you might not need the panhard. but the brackets for sure. you want to do this to get rid of wheel-hop that you will have once its lowerd.

do not get just springs, get shocks as well, upgrade your bushings as well.

You WILL need the adjustable panhard rod! When the car is lowered, the rearend will shift towards the driver’s side. The adjustable panhard rod allows you to center the rearend again.

I agree with the shocks also. When I first lowered my car I just did G2 springs with factory Decarbon shocks. It worked fine for about 6 months then the shocks went dead and the car bounced really badly. It got to the point that any kind of real bump in the road made the car bottom out.

You "can" get away without the relocation brackets if your short on money but you will get a lot of wheel hop.

This is the order I would do things in:

1) Adjustable panhard rod (go with the spherical one...makes the car much more positive in turns)

2) Shocks AND springs (do both at the same time. It will save you $$$ on install and on hassles later)

3) LCA relocation brackets

One other thing I would suggest if you have the money is a bumpstear kit. I know most people don't use one but my feeling is they are a really good buy. I wish I had gotten one when I installed my G2 coilovers but I didn't know . If you look at the my steering arms now, they are nowhere near parallel with the rack. This is ok when everything is flat but I have noticed as the car is raised, the tires go WAY out on positive toe which leads me to beleave that the tires will also go toe-out on bumps. I'm going to get a bumpstear kit myself when I scrape together the money.

Good luck with the project
