Default how often to grease LCA's?

I bought some BMR tubular poly/poly LCA's that'll go on when spring arrives. In the instructions, they don't say any specail kind of grease or how often it should be re-greased. Any insight would be appreciated....

I use Mobil 1 synthetic grease and lube the LCA and panhard everytime I change the oil which is about every 3,000 to 5,000 miles. So far I've squeek free following that schedule.

Same here, just top it off when the car is up for the oil change.
