hal shock questions
Can you use your stock springs or aftermarket lowering springs with the hal shocks? I think i rember hearing you had to open up the bottom of the springs some to get the front hal shocks to fit, is this true?

Re: hal shock questions
you can use any spring. but if you use a syock style spring and not the HAL spring you have to cut the bottom pearch off a stock shock and put on the front HAL so it will have something to sit on.

Re: hal shock questions
Not difficult, but it is somewhat time consuming. Took me about 2 hours per side to install the front shocks.
Here is a link that I found that explains the installation of the shocks and modification of the stock perches.
