I like my SLP subframes (you will get many recommendations for Kenny Brown subframes as well...both are great choices). The factory 1le sway bars are much stiffer than stock (and the front is hollow). A hollow bar is very nearly as stiff as a solid bar of the same size and much lighter (and you can't beat the prices at slp). I am running H&R stage 2 springs, dropped it about 1.2 inches. Depending on your budget, there are many good shocks, revalved Bilstiens (www.stranoparts.com or www.ground-control.com) or Koni's, if it is a street car and you already think it handles great, you could do KYB "Gas-a-just" shocks....they are a good, inexpensive street shock). I've had good luck with BMR control arms and panhard rods, they are strong and not too heavy (buy the chromoly). I'd toss on a 2 point BMR (SLP, etc) strut tower brace...great bang for the buck improvement. For torque arms, take a look at the Edelbrock, well made and a great price. I've had great luck with www.ls1motorsports.com, Ground control, SLP (but they can be really slow to get parts from), Jegs, Summit racing adn others. Lou and the guys at LG motorsports make great stuff, a few dollars more, but you get what you pay for (and lou really races these things.....). All of my posts are long ones tonight....sorry. Good luck.

thanks guys.im looking for stronger, better, and lighter parts(trying to have my cake and eat it to...yum!)im getting around 6000 back in taxes, but having a family cant dedicate all of it to the car but would like to do my suspension up.im trying to leave the engine alone for now do to warranty issues.if anyone out there can answer these ?'s id appreciate it!(remember its 2002 stock z.
1.are the eibachs that slp sells any better?(non lowering)or should i get bmr that drops about an 1"(ground effects on the car)

2.what swaybar set ups that dont way to much r u guys running with good results?do i go huge or does it get overkill?

3.what control arms out there are strong and not heavier or with luck lighter than stock(if such a beast exsists)

4.im pretty sure im going with blisteins but what is this revalved stuff i hear?how much more does it cost?

5.how important is a torque arm?what the hell does it do?they seem pricey is there any good bangs for the buck out there?not a big fand of edlebrock, especially in a 2002,maybe if it was a 69 nova or something.

6.thats it just wanted to see if i knew what was after 5....my head hurts this car **** can get pretty fustrating u know?tires and rims will come when my 16's are bald.thanks for listning hopefully a sponsor will chime in.im trying to piece this stuff together to order before spring so as soon as she comes out so i can install!!!! sorry so long---ow!!finger cramp!

You say FT Force ripped you off what do you mean by that? Because I just recently ordered a ss spoiler from them on Jan 25 and it's still not here and now there saying it got shipped to them instead of me so they had to reorder it and express it to me. Let me know what they did to you?

I ordered some footpetals and it took close to 70 days for them to arrive, then to see they are auto petals and i am M6.
if you get your spoiler before march, feel that you got lucky.

I asked them "how can you stay in business with service liek that??"

ans: "we have many orders each day that can total up to 100. I dont know what happened b/c according to our computer, those items are out of stock and it should have said so on the website"

..or i think thats what he said i duno i hung up before he finished..
