i would say it's the best you can get to lower your car and performance wise, just when you place your order tell them what springs you want.

Re: ground control coil over kit I have Ground controls on my car, front and rear. I was really impressed with them. You can also order them with any spring rate you want to match the rest of your suspension. Pics in the sig.

I got GC's and I am very happy with them. I have had ZERO problems with them and along with the Bilstein revalves and about 1.5/1.33" drop my handling and appearance has improved greatly.
The ride has tightened up a bit, but is still considerably more civilized than my buddy's 3rd gen w/the Prokit and Koni DA's. It's noticeably stiffer than stock, but nothing bone jarring. As mentioned above you can customize your spring rates to the type of driving you do. I would consult with Sam Strano before ordering and see what he has to say.....he runs the GC kit as well.
