Does Strano still post here? I need to get in touch with Sam Strano. I ordered a set of Bilstein HD shocks from him and never received them. Its been 4 months and still nothing. Everytime I call I am told someone will call me back and noone ever does. I Hope Sam can make this right because I bought from him thru recommendations from THIS site!

Re: Does Strano still post here? I still have gotten no response from Strano whatsoever on my order. What has been other people dealings with Strano Parts. I'm not one to bash a business, but a good reputation is very had to build and easy to tarnish. I think people should know how I have been treated. The person I talk to always gives me an excuse and says they will contact me the next day and it will be taken care of.

Re: Does Strano still post here? Yeah I've been waiting as well, unfornately its Bilstein that is causing the headaches and the wait.
I've emailed Sam and Arlyn a couple times with in the last week and haven't gotten a response from either of them. The last I knew was they were to get some 4th gen rears in by the middle to the end of this month and would be shipped out and then the fronts were to come in about the same time, but if you were going to have them revalved like I am having then it was going to be another week.
Hopefully someone can tell us an update on the Bilsteins. I'm getting anxious as well.

Re: Does Strano still post here? No, you missed something. I ordered these plain Bilstein HD's back in OCTOBER!!! I never received them and asked for a refund in december. I was told they would refund my money and when I checked my account, my money had not been refunded. Strano Parts has some responsibility to their customers even if Bilstein is the problem on the long wait. I don't mind waiting for the parts, but when i'm told they are going to refund my money and DO NOT them it makes me a little angry!
