transmission bushing help

transmission bushing help i did a transmission bushing in my trans am and its a 6speed, now i hear a lot more rattle and vibration on takeoff and through the rpm's. is this just because of the polyurethane bushing not absorbing the "noise" as well as the rubber one? i got the bmr bushing and i see that is has like zero movement, would this cause other problems because i see the stock can flex some, or should it just be fine. someone please let me know because this is just worrying me thanks
Re: transmission bushing help yeah...you will get extra noise but within a week you will not even notice it.....
getting a new shifter is 2 or 3 times worse.....gear noise....vibration......blah blah blah....a whole list....but even that you get used to in about 2 to 3 weeks......
when you change ANYTHING!!! you will notice it for a while. You get used to how that car was (even if it sucked) and then the new is "WOW...whats going on here!?!?!"

Re: transmission bushing help man thanks so much, i feel good now, lol ill just make the exhaust louder and throw in some ozzy or something and ill be strait <img border="0" alt="[driving]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_driving3.gif" />
Re: transmission bushing help I hadn't really thought about it, but Ozzy will cure most noise problems.....I think we just invented the "Ozzy Mod"!!!!!!!!!!!!! I may have to break out the old Ozzy CD's.....
