Default Eibach or G2 springs- Differences?

I'm getting some Fikse FM-5's and can't decide on the two. How much do they each drop the car front and back? Do they have the same stance, look? How do they ride? I like a smooth ride so I don't want something so stiff thats its annoying. Thanks for any help.

Well it depends on which Eibach springs you're talking about. The Sportlines lower your car almost 2 inches. While the Pro Kit lowers it about 1.2 inches- 1.5 inches. The G2s are alot like the Pro Kit as far as looks go. I've also heard that the G2s are a bit stiffer than all the rest which help in the corners.

if you want a good ride with lowering springs, you should get ridda the stock shocks

I installed the pro-kit, and after 1k mil or so, my stock shocks were gone .. it was a harsh ride during too .

*Really..i think you cant go wrong with either <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

I just swapped my eibach sportlines out for G2s, they were way to low on my car and I scraped on everything. It also got real bouncey in the rear with stock shocks, which was horrible. I know others that had the same prob. I switched to KYB shocks and it got rid of the bounce but mad it even lower. I have yet to lower my car so I dont know the out come of the G2s yet. I will get back with you if you want. Ryan

I have G2's. Race with them. Love them.

As mentioned, do shocks at the same time.
