Default calling all handling experts

99ss hardtop auto,frame connected,tower brace, upper& lower front c.a. bearings,dropped 1.5",new decarbons,g.w.torque arm,g.w.rear c.a. double bearing,g.w. panhard double adjustable,12 bolt 373 gear,g.w.anti-dive rear brackets,have not finished install or driven yet- hope we did not make any big mistakes.will this work for a street car?? thks.

They are not very good with the stock springs but with lower/stiffer springs, they outright SUCK! Within six months, they will be blown out and the car will start to bounce like those RICE trucks you see driving down the highway (bounce bounce bounce).

buy some good performance shocks to go with the springs.

for short-term use.ran out of loot.a good set of shocks are 1200. here in canada.anyone have low cost good shocks that wiil work??

If it is a street car, you may want to look at KYB Gas-Adjust or KYB AGX shocks (they are decent for street use and not too expensive) or a set of Tockco Illumina shocks (adjustable and a few more dollars, but still way cheaper than Koni's). Just my thoughts....
