1.3 degrees negative camber (1 degree is a good setting that is not so aggressive) 4.5 degrees of castor and 1/32 inch of total toe out (yes, out). My tires have 18,000 miles on them and they have 6,000 (maybe 7,500) on this alignment and still look quite good (over 1/2 tread). Good luck!

I'm running 1.5 camber, 4.5 caster, 1/32" toe in.

I don't understand why you would run toe out. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> As I always understood it, toe out was for front wheel drive cars, and toe in was for rear wheel drive. As a rear wheel drive car accelerates, the trasfer of weight off the front causes the tires to toe out some. If you have toe in, it will even out straight. With toe out, you are draging the inside rear of the tires.

When the front wheels begin to turn the car, the inside tire starts to lose grip due to weight transfer to the outside tire. Since it is not working very hard at this point, a little extra toe out (which makes the inside wheel turn into the corner slightly more than the outside front tire) will aid the turn in of the car, it will turn more easily. Essentially, a car that is stable resists turning and wants to go straight. A little toe out makes the car slightly less stable (not twitchy, but quicker to respond) and the car turns more naturally (it won't resist turning as much and will turn faster or more responsively as a result). This is a set up that I also used on my 89 Formula Firebird and is based somewhat on the setup used by Don Alexander in his book "How to Make Your Car Handle" where he did a project IROC with a similar alignment. I tried it, liked it and am still using a version of it on my new Z-28.
