Sounds like you need some LCA relocation brackets.

Yes, you can get bolt-on BMR relocation brackets for about $110. This will move the control arms back to the right position. Can you describe what "doesnt hook of the line anymore" feels like to you. I am lowering my car also but I do not have the brackets yet. I want to know if I am going to have the same problem as you.

hey mjm, when my car was at stock height, i use to be able to slightly engage the clutch at the line and hold the rpms at 1500, then side step the clutch letting it quickly fully engage, the car wouldnt bog, chirp the tires for a split second then take off, now with the prokit installed using the same method as i did before, the car spins until about 5000 RPM in first then it takes off. ive tried many different ways of taking off from the line and this seemed to work best for me. i guess i could try new methods of "off the line" accelerating, but for a $110 like u said for the lca brackets, it shouldnt hurt to try them. oh by the way im talking about hooking up with street tires on the street, i have drag radials also, but i like to save them for when i really want to use em. hope this helps you, peace

Thank you. Definitely try the brackets, they should help a lot and i've heard the install is pretty easy. Good luck.
