Default Hotchkis spring pn ?

I just rec'd my Hotchkis springs for my 2001 TA. The box says 1905, but the component check list inside says 1904 and lists the content as being 1 pr 1903F and 1 pr 1903R. I called Sam he didn't seem to want to talk to me about it. He said the box says 1905, thats all he sees and told me to talk to Hotchkis about it. I called Hotchkis and was told that 1903, 1904 and 1905 were all the same springs. But the person I talked to did not give me alot of confidence in what he was telling me. Can someone confirm that these are the correct springs for my car?

For the record, you hung up on me. I was talking to you about it, trying to explain just what Hotchkis seemingly later told you.

The complaint was you got 1905's. I shipped 1905's, and the boxes weren't opened. If something wrong was inside I couldn't have known that. But you seemed very annoyed by that. I'm sorry I don't have x-ray vision and I try not to open things unless there a reason to do so, I've been yelled at by customers for it (stupidly, but not worth the hassle). I had no reason to assume that the box wasn't packaged right or not.

Sam, at no point in that conversaition did I raise my voise or yell at you, I did hang up. I was annoyed, I had already sent you an e-mail three days ago asking the same question that went unanswered. On the phone it felt like you were brushing me off, telling me that "I did not see inside the box go talk to Hotchkis". I guess that is fine, but the fact that I have spent well over $2000 over the years ($1500 this month) purchasing parts from Strano Parts and felt as if you did not want to deal with it pissed me off.

I have talked to you a few times in the past, and have had GREAT service. I wasn't trying to make this personal. I just mentioned that I talked to you because that is the fisrt response that anyone is going to give me. I spent alot of money and just want to be clear on what I puchased.

Still wondering why the 1903, 1904 and 1905 are listed as different kits on everyones sites (Hotchkis, Summitt ect.) if they are all the same?

You got the right stuff. Get them installed and move on. I had the same question when I recieved mine. Match them to your old springs and you will see for yourself.
