polyurthane bushings
1. What's usually used with the sway bar hardware: swaybar-to-body bushings and the swaybar endlink bushings. Make sure the swaybar-to-body bushings are well-lubed.
2. Motormounts, transmission mounts (if modified, however will remain slightly noisy), torque arm mounts.
I don't recommend poly for these areas:
1. Front upper and lower control arm bushings.
2. trailing arms and Panhard rod.
My reason for not recommending them is because they add excessive bind that will not allow the arms to articulate movement like it should and the creep (what they call "cold-flow") will lead to more troubles, since the polyurethane used is an amorphous material, which usually have more "plasticity" than elasticity that synthetic rubbers exhibit.
