AutoX suspension

AutoX suspension not really sure what i need to look at since there is little information for autocrossers from what i can see.
Just looking for general help in what i'll need to do and what a smart order to do things in in order to reduce body roll, create a general sense of stability, etc. Car seems to oversteer impressively, and i'm not sure if that's optimal for road racing or not. better than understeering i guess.
