C5 conversion ??
C5 conversion ?? I am almost ready for my conversion and have most of the parts. I am using hawk pads. The one thing I have not nailed down is:
Can I use the anti rattle clips and pad abutment clips that I have on my car now with the C5 hawk pads and C5 abutment brackets??
They were new with new f-body GM pads last year, I am assuming they are in good condition still.

Are you sure the F-body clips do not work??
The clips may not work because the calipers are the same but the pads are different. I don't know how big of a difference there is in the pad design but why not try it out or get clips from someone who is changing their pads out in a corvette.
