alignment problems

alignment problems hey guys im haveing a problem with my car. 
my alignment got thrown off out of no where.
i drove the car the day before and it was perfect and the stearing wheel was straight and i just had a alignment done when i got the new shocks about 3-4 k miles ago.
so i drive it the next day and the car wants to pull hard on uneven roads and the wheel is off center like the top center of the stearing wheel is at the 11 o'clock position. its like it happened over night lol and i had the car looked at for a popping noise at the guy who did the shocks about a few weeks before this happened and every thing was perfect like the tie rods and ball joints and so on.
could this be because the car is lowered that its easyer to throw the alignment off?
what could be the problem?
my pass side tire seemed to wear very little on the out side also.

Something slipped on the lower control arm. Either the camber or caster adjuster (or both). Only takes one bump/corner/the right force if they weren't tight enough.
