ABS help What can I do if I have a 2 channel abs rear in my car when my car was designed for a 1 channel rear, long story short i bought the car, and later found out that there is a 2 channel abs rear in it after much time figuring why my abs dosent work. I had to take the fuse out for the abs pump because it was making my brake pedal real hard at times and also engaging the abs for no reason at slow stops. But when you take the fuse out dosen't that mess with the proportioning valve for the front and rear brakes? I'm just wondering if there is anything I could do to without having to replace the rear with the correct one. I don't even care about the abs but I don't know if it would be wise to remove it because I will probably want to resell the car at some time. And I don't know how that would effect the value. But If i do want to get rid my abs, any one have any recommendations, I was checking out SJM's kits and they look pretty good.
