Yeah, Search does not work for me either...
The Lower perch mod refers to the Koni SA (Single Adjustable) shocks choice of front spring perch. Koni SA's are the only shocks that offer the lower spring perch, and it will lower the front of the car about 3/4 of an inch.
If you look in the picture the spring perch has a higher and lower setting.
