Default Master Cylinder Question

Can the fluid reservoir be changed independant of the master cylinder? Mine is all cracked up and ****, so I want to replace it. I've been trying to find a used assembly and just through the whole thing on, but keep getting nowhere. I believe the master cylinder is fine as I don't have braking problems so if that reservoir can just be replaced I just buy a new one. Thanks for any info...

I'm certain the resivoir is a separate part. Can you purchase one from GM that way? I have no idea. Your best bet is to call one of the GM dealers who specialize in "internet sales" and have them look for a part number.
