grab and release problem also tapping on pedal

Hi there i have a 2000 z28 camaro. my problem is that i am getting a grab and release sensation upon braking around 30 mph and below. I changed my front rotors and that didnt help. Could it be the rear rotors ? Also when i am coming to a stop i get the grabbing and relasing and also at 10 mph and under the pedal tapps on my foot then when i am almost stoped all the way the pedal will push in about 1 inch. What could this be ?

Try bleading your brakes. Only thing I can think of, never had that problem.

Your caliper pins may need to be greased.
