What are these?

What are these? I believe the right one goes around the sway bar area somewhere and the left might be the cruise control bracket. If you have pics of them in place I'd appreciate it!

The bracket on the right is the shield for the air pump, it attaches to the foreward swaybar bolt. You can see it barely in this pic. This pics is laying on your back looking up to the underside of the car.
