Max rotor size
Does anyone now the largest size of rotor you can have on a 16inch tire and also on a 15. I heard if you have a 16 inch you can go upto a 12 inch rotor, but ive also read where somebody used a 13 inch rotor on a 16inch tire. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I was doing the 13" in a 16" 10 years ago... so yes it can work, but caliper profile and spoke clearance are going to be your key players on actual fitment.
There are some other things that need to be paid attention to as well. Your minimum clearance sould be no less than 0.200" for most wheels and right down to 0.100" for the stronger ones available. I ran under 0.090" with a 16x8 Vintage Wheel Works V45 with no issues... (on a 3000lb chassis) but I dont recommend that for everyone and I would consider that to be a maximum fitment for the components being used.
Wheel and brake profile templates will get you in the ballpark without spending any money... and from there... it all depends on the math.
