Default What grease to use?

I just got a panhard and lca's with poly bushings. Directions say to use silicon grease but I can't find a tube for my grease gun. Will I risk premature wear on the bushings if use something else? Help.

Thanks

Nevermind. I got some answers that make sense on another tech site. Petroleum based vs Synthetic.

Thanks for nothing.

Let me guess. Your job is to be a comedian. I've always gotten replys pretty quick here at ls1tech. I guess it's made me lazy. This time I had to dig a little. Some people have their days free because they make $89k a year working second shift.

The best grease to use is a 100% synthetic. Petroleum based grease will prematurely wear poly bushings.

At a quick glance it looks sythetic. However, if one studies the poop in greater detail, you can see the flies buzzing around it. This gives the poop some what of an organic feel to it. An organic feel is definitely not an organic smell. Thus, I will have to deduce that the poop is synthetic.
