One fast question HELP I just recieved some bilstein shocks in the mail tonight and I saw they dont have the part where the bottom of the spring sits on are they suppose to come with that? will I be able to use the ones of my decarbons?

Look here ---> http://www.bilstein.com/303passengercars.pdf on page 4. Notice the footnote of [10], which states: "Re-Install Original Equipment Hardware". Also, be prepared to cut the nut off the top of the original shocks too - The passenger side is usually rusted pretty good.

Thanks guys, I know exactly what to do did suspension on my friends 99SS, just wasnt sure about the spring perches because his konis came with the pereches on.
