Default Slight full steering problem when cold

Every now and then when the car is cold, and I try backing out of my driveway and parking spots the car seems to limp as if there were loose lug nuts. Problem is they have been off and on time and a time again and nothing has change. It doesn't just do it in reverse. Sometimes when going around a 90 degree turn the car at full turn does this too but only when first started up. Just looking for ideas, I cannot see any problems with the car however.

Thats crazy ive had the same exact problem its predictable yet only happens at certain times I was thinking maybe it had somthing to do with pulses in the power steering system when its cold in certain positions. It feels like the body wants to jump off the wheels on a small scale.

Agreed, doesn't feel like the wheels are bouncing or doing anything, just the body, it actually moves you inside the car. Almost feels like you left the lug nuts hand tight, but they are on there good.

Could the tires be rubbing?

My guess would be ball joints if it does it during tight turns.
