brake upgrade question

brake upgrade question Ok, so I am doing the brake upgrade. I've already asked on multiple forums if LS1 fronts will work with LT1 rears, the answer is yes. I know this, but here's my question:
I've heard from a few different sources that it's a bad idea to use the LS1 rear brakes on a 93-97 drum brake car if you're doing the swap. Why?
Honestly I'd like to get the bigger rotors out back, even though they aren't that much bigger.
I know it is possible, but why would it be a bigger hastle than doing the LT1 rears?
