is there any difference between the cradle/kmember/front suspension of a ttop or hardtop car and a vert car? i'm starting to buy parts and i want to make sure i don't get the wrong things...i've heard some speculation, just wanting to confirm...

The convertible k member has some extra bracing. It looks like 1/2" rods that tie the lower control arm mounting points to the frame.

 

so basically nothing except for extra bracing?
