Hurst Line Lock
Hurst Line Lock Is the slp line lock the only line lock that you can use on the 98-02 f bodies?
Or can you use any conventional line lock like the Hurst 1745000.
The reason I ask, is because a person I was talking with seem to think that the older hurst line lock may damage the abs system.
For the record I think that any line lock should work. (maybe I am wrong)

We've designed these systems many years prior to others considering offering them...SLP reps used to push our products before they decided to create a bare-boned setup which was an obvious attempt of duplicating ours.
All of our kits are compatible with your car, the best buy would be our 125.99 kit which is NHRA legal, safety controls built into it utilizing a master switch as well as the control switch AND a remote mount LED indicator to let you know the system is armed and ready for use.
All kits come complete WITH pre-installed fittings, no Teflon tape is required, and we even include a grommet for the firewall.
You will not find a more complete kit with as many features/benefits on the market. We've had them in design for the 4 gen cars since 1996.

The additional cost that you are paying is primarily due to the cost of the solenoid used. Why do we have different designs?...because some folks "have to have" one particular style over another.
We offer our customers a variety of choices. As mentioned, the best bang for the buck is our 125.99 kit. The sole purpose of the solenoid is to hold pressure, all our kits~3000psi's of pressure...are are all rebuildable.
